App Name: Business Card Maker

Effective Date: May 28, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Business Card Maker (the "App"), you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the App immediately.

2. Design Features and Creative Tools

Business Card Maker provides a comprehensive design canvas. Both Free and Premium users have access to the following creative capabilities:

  • Total Customization: Ability to create brand new business card designs from scratch.
  • Total Control: Every element—including shapes, text, logos, and backgrounds—is fully editable.
  • Asset Library: Access to a library of icons, logos, shapes, and background images.
  • Image Masking: Advanced image masking inside shapes with granular control via the secure Google Photo Picker.

3. Service Tiers

The App offers two tiers of service:

  • Free Tier: Access to all free templates and canvas editing tools. Supported by third-party advertisements.
  • Premium Tier: Access to all premium templates, Advanced QR Code Generator, cloud synchronization via Google Drive, and a completely ad-free experience.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

All premium subscriptions are processed via the Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your Google Play Account settings.

5. User-Generated Content

You retain full ownership of the final designs you create. By uploading images, you represent that you have the legal right to use such content.

6. Cloud Integration

Users may optionally connect their personal Google Drive account to enable cloud storage features. You are responsible for the security of data stored within your account.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App for illegal purposes or to incorporate copyrighted materials into your designs without authorization.

8. Intellectual Property

All app software, original assets, and proprietary templates remain the exclusive intellectual property of the App's developers.

9. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "AS IS". We are not liable for any data loss occurring within your local device storage or your personal Google Drive account.
